This charming newly built villa is ideal for large families or groups of friends. It is surrounded by greenery and offers breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea. The 50 m² (13 meter long) private pool filled with salt water is the centerpiece of the outdoor area and offers you the perfect refreshment on hot summer days.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. The living room leads to a large terrace with wonderful sea views and a nice sitting area for relaxing evenings. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. A bedroom with bathroom en suite, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. This unique villa has several balconies where you can enjoy the wonderful sea views. It also has a gallery with exercise equipment and table football. The villa has two garage spaces.

The villa exceeded our expectations with its beautiful design and high-quality materials throughout. The private pool and outdoor kitchen were perfect. It’s just a short walk to the sea, and the added features like the sauna and table football made it a truly enjoyable stay even when weather was bad. I can highly recommend it.
Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen. Sehr stimmig eingerichtete Villa, in der auch ein Regentag nicht zum Problem wird. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Bademöglichkeit ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Pool ist groß mit Salzwasser, wie beschrieben, war immer warm. Die Vermieter sind super nett und waren stets für uns da. Wir bedanken uns bei der Familie für den liebevollen Empfang und Betreuung. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen
